You are required to make your own flight arrangement to and from Darwin. You may wish to make your own flight arrangements using Frequent Flyer points, through your preferred travel agent or directly through the airlines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you require overnight accommodation prior to, or following the conference this can also be arranged.<\/p>\n<h2>Transfers<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>Important note: <\/em><\/strong><em>There will be transfers arranged to coincide with the flights listed below.
